Social workers serve on the front lines of a mental health crisis that’s gripping the nation. The VCU School of Social Work is dedicated to preparing students to meet that need through innovative curriculum and community-oriented training programs that help address this local, national and global issue. Your gift to the Social Work Community Mental Fund makes possible:
- A 12-credit mental health certificate available to M.S.W. and nondegree-seeking students.
- An annual CEU-eligible series focused on severe mental illness as it relates to clinical practice.
- Communitywide mental health first aid training.
